Event Merchandise Timeline: From Concept to Event Day
Consultation & Quote (Day 1)
Tell us about your event. Whether you have a specific product in mind or need advice on which material (Wood, Acrylic, Glass, or Aluminium) best fits your brand, we provide a transparent quote within 24 hours. At this stage, we’ll confirm your deadline to ensure everything is on track for your event date.
Precision Production (Day 3–5)
Once approved, your project enters our workshop. We calibrate our lasers specifically for your chosen material to ensure a crisp, permanent finish. Every single item undergoes a hand-finished quality check to ensure it meets the NB Laser Works standard of excellence before it is packed.
Design & Digital Proofing (Day 1–2)
Once you’ve sent over your artwork (see our Technical Artwork Guide), our team prepares a high-resolution digital proof. This shows exactly how your logo and text will sit on the product. We won’t start the laser until you are 100% happy with the layout and have given us the "green light."
Secure Tracked Delivery (Day 5+)
Your order is securely packaged and dispatched via our trusted tracked courier partners. We can ship directly to your business premises or straight to your event venue, providing you with tracking details so you can monitor your shipment every step of the way until it is safely in your hands.
